Hypothesis needs to be much snappy. if you waffle at this stage the whole study will become waffle. Perhaps ask a question like will we still wear watches in 2020? or make a statement like "by 2020 the primary function of the watch will be for fashion"! Include the development of digital clocks and watches as early as possible. Make sure that you create a research plan that identifies what info, where from and how will you use it. Timeplan? Action Plan?
